Devotion to connection

Fae Four was born from the hands of a first-generation American botanical formulator, mother, and writer raised biculturally on Kumeyaay land in Southern California near the Mexican border. Storytelling started at an early age as an intrinsic medium to make sense of the world, navigating the complexities of humanness through a deeply sensitive, intuitive lens.

Plant medicine has always been woven into our creative expression. Growing up outside the molds society presented, our founder found sanctuary and understanding in the natural world, guided by an inner knowing that the Earth provides everything we need to heal, restore, and ground ourselves.

At Fae Four, our work with botanicals is deeply rooted in ancestral reclamation, elemental alchemy, and the belief that self-care is a form of social justice—an intentional dissent from standard beauty norms that try to alter rather than honor who we are. Every formulation is a tribute to plant wisdom and skin sovereignty.

Now is the perfect moment to call ourselves back home—and honor the skin you’re in with Fae Four.

The Origin & Philosophy Intro

The path of Fae Four is guided by a commitment to holistic well-being, tactile creation, and honest self-inquiry. Built upon years of formal training across somatics, subtle body energetics, Reiki, and trauma-informed practice, our approach to plants is an extension of deep study into the body's innate intelligence.

What Fae Four formulates and shares is not conceptual. It is lived.

It is practiced, slow-infused, and integrated over time. We craft from what has been embodied, and from what we continue to tend within our own daily rituals and personal sādhana.

Our foundation in plant wisdom, energetics, and women’s spirituality spans immersive apprenticeships, retreats, and community gatherings across the United States, Mexico, and Europe. Rooted in Bhakti, ancestral reclamation, and ritual practice, Fae Four approaches botanical care as a sacred dialogue with the nervous system—a way to support deep remembrance, connection, and repair through the skin.
